Every Firefly support plan includes around-the-clock monitoring of uptime, security and SSL. Pro and Priority plans add a 24/7 emergency line: if your site is down, hacked or your forms stop working, a real person responds — under 2 hours on Pro, under 1 hour on Priority. Content edits and new pages are handled during business hours.

Do I own my website and accounts?

Yes. Your domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, Analytics and website are set up in your name, and we document every login in a handoff file so you’re never locked out.

What is AEO?

Answer Engine Optimization. It makes your business easy for AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews to understand, trust and recommend — the next layer on top of traditional SEO.

Can you fix a site someone else built?

Yes. Much of our rescue and makeover work is on sites built by other agencies or DIY builders. WordPress is our specialty.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Support plans are month-to-month, with 10% off if you choose a 12-month term.
